The treatment team develops individualize treatment plans to overcome these challenges to get their lives back on a positive trajectory.The inpatient program at BNI encompasses all treatment elements, including individual and group therapy, family therapy, nutrition, and experiential therapies. BNI utilizes evidence-based approaches, those treatment modalities that have been scientifically tested and proven to be effective, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy (MBCT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT).
