If you're a beginner we'll take you step by step through some popular dances such as: Foxtrot, Tango, Swing or Salsa explaining the fundamentals of lead and follow, basic steps and rhythm. If you're an experienced dancer who would like to learn more advanced aspects of dancing: technique, styling or advance variations - we'll help you with that too. What dance styles can I learn in ballroom dancing? At our dance studio you can learn every style of dance you see in the movies or on DTWS. You can choose to learn: Ballroom Tango, Waltz, Rumba, Cha cha, Salsa, Foxtrot, N. C. 2 Step, Quickstep, Bolero, Mambo, Swing, Samba, Viennese Waltz, Jive, Hustle, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango and Wedding dance. If you're not sure what dance start with - our instructors can help you decide. I can't dance! I have two left feet! You would be surprised how often we hear that :) We will adopt to your pace and meet your skill level whether you've danced before or a novice. We have the most knowledgeable and experienced dance instructors on the Monterey Peninsula. We have taught hundreds of students, in both North America and Europe.
